Seminar on Handling Consumer Complaints

DTI recently conducted a seminar on "Handling Consumer complaints" at the DTI Provincial Office. Held last April 26, seminar participants included frontliners (i.e. customer service personnel) of Lee Super Plaza, Hypermart and representatives of the Consumer Advocates Inc. (CAI), a private group of local consumer advocates. DA was represented by its Plant Quarantine Service Officer, Mr. Enrico Amores.
